Political Anthropology: Power, Authority & Charisma in the Hindukush Mountains
ANTH 263 SP

A study of the major anthropological approaches to politics in non-Western societies. The course will primarily concern politics in tribal and peasant groups. The problems of social control and political competition will be studied.
