Fundamentals of Cultural Anthropology: Understanding the Afghan Conflict

This course is designed to introduce students to cultural anthropology. Emphasis is placed on understanding humans in the context of socio-cultural systems. Course materials will be drawn from studies of Afghan culture
and society.

Seven papers and one group presentation.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
Students will not be admitted to the course after the first class meeting. Anthropology 102 may be taken only once for credit.
