Introductory Sociology Writing Lab
SOC 152 FA

Linked Course: SOC 151-01

This is the mandatory writing lab attached to SOC 151, section 1. Students will be required to attend weekly sessions offering special attention to the writing of each week's assignment and also to the midterm and final examination. Attention will be focused on both the technical aspects of writing, e.g., thesis paragraphs, citations, etc., and on the ways to generate sociological analyses.

No assignments other than those in SOC 151, section 01.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS

In order to take this lab, students must be registered in SOC 151, section 01. This is a writing intensive course. Registration for SOC 152 will NOT be through the computer system but will be done at the time of Drop/Add.

Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the first class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the Registrar's Office.
