Squash, Intermediate
PHED 126 FA
It is expected that students taking this course have had some squash experience. They should know the basic stroke technique and be able to play a match using the proper rules of scoring. A more detailed analysis of
stroke technique will be given along
with drills of various shots to improve one's play. Ladder match play will give students the opportunity to learn match strategy.
MAJOR READINGS
While there are no major readings or examinations, attendance is required in all activity classes.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
Attendance is required. The first class of each quarter will meet in the Freeman Athletic Center classroom. Athletic equipment will be provided. Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting or
communicate directly with the instructor
prior to the first class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the Registrar's Office. 2nd quarter - 1 section - 126.01 October 26 - December 9 NOTE:
Students must add this 2nd
Quarter course by Nov. 1.
