Topics in Human Pathology
MB&B 530 FA
The molecular, genetic, cellular and biochemical aspects of selected human ailments will be discussed. Topics will include diabetes, obesity, aging and Alzheimer's Disease.
MAJOR READINGS
Current reviews and journal articles.
EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
One short in-class student presentation, an 8-10 page paper and a take-home final exam.
Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the first class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE: Students must still submit a completed
