Structural Mechanisms of Protein-nucleic Acid Interactions
MB&B 519 SP

This is a half semester course. It will be offered the second half of the semester. Students have five days after the start of the class to add it. You have until April 9 to withdraw from this course. A series of lectures will discuss the current understanding of the structural basis of nucleic acid recognition by proteins. Recently obtained structures of protein-nucleic acid complexes will be presented and critically analyzed.

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS

One paper presentation. Final exam.

Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the first class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the Registrar's office.
