"Green" Chemistry
CHEM 354 SP

A survey of the use of chemicals and chemical processes that reduce environmental risk. Chemists are currently challenged to find changes to current procedures that will be less polluting and hazardous to the environment. The fundamental chemistry of some proposed changes will be examined in detail in this course.
