Power Volleyball
PHED 142 SP
Power volleyball requires more organization of team strategy than recreational volleyball. Coverage will include serve, pass, set, spike, block and individual defensive techniques. Minigames (doubles, triples) will be
included. Coed rules will be used
in some game situations.
MAJOR READINGS
While there are no major readings or examinations, attendance is required in all activity classes.

Attendance--no more than three absences allowed. First class of each quarter will meet in Freeman Athletic Center classroom. Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting or communicate directly with the
instructor prior to the first
class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the Registrar's Office. 4th quarter - 1 section - 142.01 NOTE: Students must add this 4th Quarter course
by April 2.
