Structural Mechanisms of Protein-nucleic Acid Interactions
MB&B 519 SP
This is a half semester course. It will be offered the second half of the semester. Students have five days after the start of the class to add it. You have until April 9 to withdraw from this course. A series of
lectures will discuss the current
understanding of the structural basis of nucleic acid recognition by proteins. Recently obtained structures of protein-nucleic acid complexes will be presented and critically analyzed.

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
One paper presentation. Final exam.
