17th- and 18th-Century American History
HIST 237 SP

This course covers the European discovery of the New World, the colonization of North America, and the emergence of the United States up through 1815. (This course takes the place of Colonial American History and the American Revolution as formerly offered. Students who have taken HIST237 or HIST238 in previous years are not eligible to take this course for credit.)
