Two-Dimensional NMR
CHEM 384 SP

This course is designed to provide basic information about the principles of two-dimensional and multidimensional NMR spectroscopy techniques. These methods can provide information about the structure and conformation of such complex organic molecules as sugars, steroids, vitamins or metaloorganic species, polymers and biologically active molecules. NMR can identify the main components of chemical mixtures as well as help the study of chemical reactions and exchange processes. Methods will be illustrated with examples.
