Laboratory in Developmental Genetics
BIOL 294 FA
This course is designed as an introduction to laboratory research in molecular and developmental genetics. The course will include a project to clone new genes containing a developmentally important sequence, the
homeobox. We will use standard
laboratory techniques in molecular biology and genetics.
